I especially am attracted to low light situations near the end of a winter's day. The sunlight has a warm glow to it which contrasts so nicely with the cold blue and mauve shadows. The dark trees frame the scene and the ice glimmers with the light playing on it. This is an oil on canvas, and is a 16"x24"
